Time-Stretching (Key Lock) awful quality problem

When using 16 bit 44.1 kHz FLACs I can clearly hear that key lock is causing massive muddiness of high pitched transients and kick. It's noticeable even on +0,1% of pitch.
Playing stems is where horror story begins. Since they are AAC on 256kbps it's so bad that I had to map pitch reset button on my S4 MK3 that I immediately push once transition is over. Without it my shows would be like playing 96kbps Youtube rips.
What's the deal with the terrible key lock? Is it so hard to implement properly when every other DJ software does it? I can forgive sampler taking one channel away from controller but this is absolutely unacceptable.
First one is 130 BPM on original pitch, the second one is version on 131 BPM with keylock enabled.

Well i haven't tested on other software but i dont use keylock because it's horrible. You can hear the algorithm trying to catch up and its just a kill vibe.

Compared to VirtualDJ, Rekordbox or Ableton Live it's horrible and not ready for stable version of the software. I can upload comparison between those softwares but I guess everyone gets what I'm talking about... I adore Traktor it's definitely the best thought out DJ software but quality and polish are definitely lacking and I guess it's time for abandonment soon, there are too many issues. It just feels like bunch of different pieces of code forcefully stuck together.

There are already some decent comparison videos out there:

adding to this… Lots of djs use it! (at least on twitch/kick) but i think there's a lot of ppl that don't realize or don't care. I (think) i can always tell when it's on. Until a couple of years ago i used to enable it when tempo pitch was max -2/+2% but ended ditching it because of the muddiness OP refers to (at least to me it's very noticeable on lows)
I personally pass on streams where i can clearly hear the dj is using keylock. I don't know if algorithm needs too much processor or what.

It's absolutely not a CPU issue, I have a brand new Intel i5 13500 with 12 cores that I use for Ableton and electrical engineering stuff too, it's a powerhouse. Try comparing Traktor keylock to VirtualDJ on pitch quality 1, Rekordbox or even Ableton as it's realtime too… There's something wrong with the software.

This is a happy day for me to read this post, i thought using flacs would fix this problem but no the transients are cut up and the highs loose all quality, its defiantly not a CPU issue, this really is an issue i would love to mix in key and pitch bend discreetly this is traktors only flaw in my opinion.
