Maschine 3 keeps rebooting

I just upgraded from a Maschine 2 to Maschine 3. Since upgrading, my maschine keeps rebooting on its own. I already tried reinstalling maschine software, native access, reinitialized the database cache, and deleted the plist file but issue keeps coming back. Should I be running Maschine 3 update for $29? Perhaps getting a power adapter would help as one didn't come with it?
