Kontrol S3 and Traktor pro 4 , Setup issues
Hi everyone, trying to get started with a Kontrol S3 and Traktorpro 4. After entering the serial number I can't find Kontrol S3 or the software in Native Access, even though it says ive registered the hardware, software not registered. Could it be a os compatibility issue? I currently have Sonoma 14.5
Some help would be great, as its not as straightforward as I was hoping.

You should be able to see any serials and devices connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page .
If you have registered the product , e.g. Traktor Kontrol S3, and it shows on the above linked to account page then depending on if the expected software (e.g. Traktor Pro 3 or 4) is on the list or not then you either
if the software is on the account page list then try resetting the Native Access XMLfile , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access and if that does not help then contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support
if the software is not on the account page list then contact N.I. Account & Registration Support
