My Kontakt 7 plugin is missing from my mk3 library

ive followed all the help topics and its still not working can anyone help me please

    Hi thanks for getting back to me I deleted the maschine 2 folder and the kontakt 7 folder from the registry and that did the trick cheers

    A bit difficult to know what you have done and not done when you are not specific and even more difficult to suggest anything if you have already done it all ?

    Could you please help by supplying the most basic of information about it all ?

    What is your computer type ? What is your OS version ? What is your Native Access version ? What is your Kontakt 7 version ? What do you mean by MK3 library ? Please supply a screenshot of the problem e.g. where missing.
