Maschine Mikro Mk 3 software doesn't show up in the native access

I already registered my Maschine Mikro Mk 3 but the machine 3 software doesn't show up in the native access. Other plugins show up but not MK3 software. I purchased a new product from Amazon. It's really unsettling to see this issue going on for months. Please rectify this issue, or stop distributing your products in the market when there's no software to run it
