MY Maschine Studio turns on but doesnt trigger the software. I'm Using Monterey OS Mac

does any one have the problem? i tried everything and still stuck?i opened up a ticket and still nothing

NEED SEVERE HELP?????

    Hi Sane, 

    Thanks for the info. 

    Is it possible for you to check the device with another computer? This is the quickest way for us to determine whether there is a fault with the device, or whether it is caused by your system and will really speed up the troubleshooting process.

    So, please get back to my colleague as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I gave it to them and nothing hap[pend….this really sucks….my maschine studio still doesn't tigger the software

    I upgraded to Big Sur and on my last top has Sonoma and still dont work on either of them?????
