in Komplete Kontrol

When I open the Komplete Kontrol software and switch from the browser to the plugin, the screen changes to show the plugin as expected, doesn't shift back the browser when I do the opposite and select browser…

I have to manually go into the settings and select show browser….. is this normal?

    Not sure I follow , With Komplete Kontrol 3.3.4 as standalone , I have this :

    Then I get this and to get back click the shown 'in the red box'

    Also checked in a DAW , same thing :

    Maybe if you gave some more details , does this involve using a keyboard ? (if then which model ?)

    be good to see browser and plugin window at the same time, save all this clicking…

    Thanks for the feedback but I am trying to get back to the browser window without clicking… there is no way to control the cue volume on the KK Keyboard for some reason, so you need the browser window open….

    I don't want to have to click around to do that every time. When I open the KK Plugin, it's the latest version with the mk3 controller, I get the browser window. I don't want to pin it because I do want to see the instrument window as well. When I load anything, the plugin window appears. I have to use the mouse and software to get back to the browser. However, when I'm in the browser and have a plugin loaded, I can just hit the plugin button and it immediately goes back to the plugin window.

    I don't understand why hitting the browsing button wouldn't bring up the browser… am I crazy? lol…

    The browse button on the MK3 no longer opens the on-screen browser, instead only on the screen of the keyboard. While in KK V2 with previous keyboards when you press browse it opened the browser on the keyboard AND mirrored what you were searching for on screen, now NI feel it is a much-better-idea to have the browse button on the keyboard only open the browser on the keyboard. The on-screen browser now has all these constant mouse clicks needed.

    If you are crazy, that seems to also be the opinion of almost all users because most of us don't like this either.

    All we can do is complain and hope one day they improve it if for no other reason than to stop seeing this same question crop up every day…

    ive just had to switch back to 2.9.6, latest version messed all my mapping up, hate the new interface as well, use maschine more often than not now with my s49 mk2
