The classic view and default view of kontakt should be toggle buttons. Now you have to go to the View menu to click the classic view and default view buttons, which is very awkward.

Frankly you're lucky to have this option at all. Komplete Kontrol 3 and Maschine 3 don't.

On Kontakt 8 , version 8.10 there is a toggle button at least on my Windows , it's F10 :

Ooops , appear as that does not work inside a DAW since inside the DAW then the DAW grabs focus if using the keyboard when the Kontakt 8 plugin is open.. (sorry about that)
