How do I download and install?

Hello Everyone!

I am having trouble downloading my new plugins from NI

I get the Error msg its either download failed or Disc Mount problem. I have given the full Disc access.

I have dowloaded some of the plugins but the Strummed Acoustic or Picked Nylon or Electric Mint or the new Prime Bass and some other plugins won't download.

This is my Download location, Application location and Content location

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Besides the full disk access have you then done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ?

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

In particular : Do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

Do you have enough space on your system drive to use it as a download location? It might be that there's a problem with the external drive that's causing the download/disc mount errors.
