I've had to look at your profile to see that you have a Macbook. What OS is installed on the Macbook (assuming that's what you're still using)?

What version of Native Access did you install? Which version of Traktor are you trying to install?

What do you mean by "something does not work"? Do you get an error?

No native access can't find my traktor pro 4 m it's not visible and I am worried now because I have a class tomorrow

Anyhow, can you please verify that when you log into native instrument website WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT, that you can see traktor pro 4 in the list?

yes I see it and serial number on my account but not when I connect with native access
