raktor Z1 MK2 - Unable to Route Monitor Output to Headphones

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with my Traktor Z1 MK2 and headphone cueing. In the software, I can only see two audio outputs, which I’m currently using for the master output. As a result, I can’t route the monitor output to my headphones.

I’ve tried assigning the monitor to outputs 3/4, but the Z1 MK2 doesn’t seem to recognize them. I’m wondering if this is a limitation of the hardware or if there’s a setting I might be overlooking in the software.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help! 🙏

Just to clarify, I also have the Z1 audio interface selected as WASAPI Exclusive, and I’m facing the exact same issue. The Device Updater doesn’t detect my Z1 either, and there are no updates available in Native Access.

I’m running Traktor Pro on a clean installation of Windows, which is fully updated. I purchased the Z1 because it’s advertised as having two stereo outputs: one for the Master and one for the Monitor, but I can’t seem to get both to work simultaneously.

Have you installed the ASIO driver? The WASAPI driver doesn't appear to work with the Z1Mk2 at the moment.
