VELOCITY PROBLEM WITH A KEYONMY KEYBOARD
Hello everyone,
I've had a Komplete Kontrol S61 MK3 keyboard for a year, and one of the keys (F#in the middle of the keyboard) has a different velocity compared to the others. When I play chords, this key sounds louder than the other notes in the chord, even with the same pressure. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Thanks in advance!

If there's consistently a different response on just one key then the most likely reason is hardware. Can you try something like MIDI-OX to monitor the inputs just to check that problem is definitely the key sending different velocities? If it is then you probably need to get the unit repaired which should be covered by the two year warranty in Europe.
