Traktor S2 MK3 partialy detected

Hello,

My controler Traktor S2 MK3 is partialy detected :

When plugged via USB to laptop, only QNT and MIC flash approx 1 or 2 time per second.

When Traktor Pro 3 launched, the 2 buttons still flash but the rest of the controler stays shut, and Traktor Pro 3 doesn't not recognize the controler.
I tried with a friend's S3 controler, and it worked, Pro 3 recognized the S3.

On the other hand, I have an error message as I launch Pro 3 :

This showed up before the controler issue, I had to clic "Restart Later" in order to access Pro 3. When I clicked on "Restart Now", the app closed but nothing happened, the app did not restart.

I uninstalled Pro 3 and reinstalled it, but everything remains the same : S2 MK3 not recognized and error message on Pro 3.

For context:
- S2 MK3 was not recognized suddenly, nothing changed in my setup
- Error message appeared when I got a new laptop : went from MacBook Pro Intel running macOS 11 (Big Sur) to MacBook Pro M1Pro running macOS 14 (Sonoma)

Do you have any idea why S2 controler is not recognized ?

Does the audio interface still works? And did you check if the mapping is loaded in the Controller Manager?

The audio is still going out of the main out of the S2, but with a heavy grain. However, I have no control possible through the controler.

Also, you can see on the screenshot that the S2 does not appear on the left panel.
