Maschine software error "a file could not be found at its original location"

hey folks,

after upgrading to complete 15 this is what i am getting from maschine "a file could not be found at its original location" when i want upload one of the maschine all project section.

also s49 keep beeping and maschine window itself went to 1/4 size of the whole window.

thanx in advance and i think something went wrong during/after installion.

Can you give more details on the issue? Can you share a screenshot of the error message?

What is your operating system? What version of Maschine are you using? What project are you trying to load? Have you moved content after installation?

i have windows 11, and i just upgraded the ultimate collection 15, i guess that is the maschine comes with the upgrade. i think i kind of solve the problem by changing the location place to external hard drive, but still having issues of repeating of the same files names in the project windows and beeping noise of the S49 keyboard (it is keep changin from midi mode effect, plugin, browser, input mode) and everytime it changes color of the keyboard changes and beeping sound occurs.

So there are 2 separate issues here.

Duplicates, if you have duplicates, right click and choose Show in Finder, see where the duplicates are, delete the one you don't need, rescan in Maschine.

Regarding the keyboard, it's a little unclear. What happens if you open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application, is everything workng as expected? What MIDI input did you choose in the preferences?

When I right click on the duplicates it says "Find in Explorer" and takes me to folder in the Windows with some other few files but no duplicates shown in that folder.

MIDI input shows nothing also output shows nothing and sync is Off in the machine window, but this beeping also happens in Studio one too, keyboard keep switching off between the MIDI, input, plugin, mixer etc, keyboards colors goes orange, blue, red depending on the setup triggered by keyboard itself.

i never used komplete kontrol before and when i was upgrading new collection 15 series, i clicked on the few apps from native instrument (FM8, Traktor DJ, Reaktor, Komplete Kontrol ) just kill the time while computer downloading the files, after that everything went to the south. it is like computer windows error beeping and keyboard color changes and goes from midi to browser, or plugin or other mode.

i dont know the reason behind the problem therefore solution seems visible.
