KOMPLETE 15 ULTIMATE can't be activated with it's Serial Number, how do I activate it?

I need some help please, I really can't find any answer online, it says I just need to activate it via serial number but it isn't working and all my instruments are still in "DEMO".

And yes, I am in right profile with right serial code, I activated everything else, but only KOMPLETE 15 can't be activated, if anyone knows what to do, please I'd be very thankful…

    Problem is two fold at least , the error shown in Native Access suggests that the product needs a base product to be used. The other part is that if there is any real problem with the product serial or it's use then only N.I: support can help you. On top of that then N.I. support usually do not work weekends.

    You do not specify what you mean when writing this which makes it impossible to know what you mean.

    However if the Komplete 15 Ultimate is part of a bundle with a keyboard then it is entirely possible that you need to register the keyboard first if you g´have not done so already.

    Otherwise it is also possible that you have bought the wrong type of product , e.g. an upgrade instead of a standalone or the wrong type of upgrade but that is impossible for me to tell.

    In any case then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS when you try to redeem.

    If you are sure that everything should fit , right account and the right product vs what you have already then you need to contact N.I. Account Support and ask them to assist.
