Maschine SW missing

Hi all

Just bought Maschine Mikro MK3 and after registered the product, open Native Acess and Maschine software not showing.

I´m on Ventura 13.6.9, which suppose to be compatible.

    Already did, still waiting for an email reply from them. Really strange, running last Native Access, it is very frustrated having a Hardware useless.

    You should have mentioned that in your first post! Also, as you've already done the necessary thing, there wasn't really any need to post here about it… 😁

    What's strange is that after so many weeks, NI are still asking each person to contact support, rather than sorting out the issue via a software fix on their system. 🤔
