I can no longer find the dragger function for MIDI and .WAVs

I just got Maschine 3.0 and while trying to make my first beat in the new software, I am at a loss as to where the hell the dragger functions have gone. They are still in the manual multiple times over just search for "dragger" and honestly I am annoyed. What shall I do?

    It's not there because you've got no data to drag. Enter some data and the options will appear.
