Libraries cannot be found despite being installed
I ran through this checklist here and am still stuck:
When Kontakt 8 is looking for libraries they fail to load and show the resulting screenshot. Attempting to resolve automatically or resolve manually does not work. Once you press open the screen goes away and goes back to the Kontakt 8 library.
Native Access does not show any broken libraries. I have tried deleting the database and Kontakt 8 and even reinstalled Kontakt entirely. This issue also occurs in Komplete Kontrol.
I am on a mac.
This was working without issue until today. Nothing changed between the time it worked and today. Suddenly it was just broken. Kontakt loads in Logic Pro X but the libraries do not.
My frustrations are shared by the author of the above post. After paying thousands of dollars for libraries why can't they just work..

Yes thank you it seems like Clean My Mac was the culprit. I posted this in the pinned clean my mac thread but I'll also post it here.
______________________________________________________________________SOLUTION
Since no solution was posted here I thought I'd post mine (that doesn't involve reinstalling everything).
My original "Content Location" file path was
/Volumes/Crucial/Native/Content
(This was on an external drive called "Crucial").1. Rename the path. I changed it to
/Volumes/Crucial/Native_tmp/Content
2. Open Native Access
3. Repair the libraries by going to Maintenance > Repair Installed Products
4. Select the new file path
Fixed. If you try to change it back to the original file path it will break again. I don't know why - it seems like it has to be named something different.
This works with libraries that Native Access has access to. I did have to completely reinstall other third party libraries that Native Access does not have to.. But this workaround did save me 1.2TB of downloading.

To add more context, everything has full disk access:
Komplete Kontrol,
Kontakt 8,
Kontakt 7,
Native Access,
NTKDaemon, etc.0 -
And what exists in the <LIBRARY/instruments/> directory?

What is your exact OS version ? What is your N.A. version ?
For stuff to work then please use latest version of Native Access for your OS ,
Also disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then do not use Clean My Mac. (read if you have)
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Else , as already suggested by Jeremy_NI then you can also contact N.I.Native Access and Installation Support . In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

Thank you for confirming the fix and for sharing the specifics of your solution here with the rest of us. 🙂
@Jeremy_NI , another "Clean my Mac" variety (?) for your notebook if not in there already.
