Problem registering Traktor Kontrol s2 board

I bought a Traktor Kontrol s2 board secondhand and am not in contact with the original owner. I'm not sure if it's been registered, but either way I don't have the serial number or the original owner's contact, so I can't figure out how to register it. I have tried contacting the service center and no one has answered my multiple requests. I am so confused what the work around is, without getting in contact with an agent who can register it without the serial number or something. please help me!!!!

    If you have a receipt from the seller and a photo of the serial number off the bottom of the unit it's possible that support can help. If you've put in a ticket then you'll need to wait until support catch up from the holidays and issues from over the sales period and they'll get back to you. You may have to buy the software, but they'll let you know.

    Which version of the S2 do you have? is it the MK1/2/3 ?

    I don't have a receipt or a photo of the serial number at the bottom of the unit, it just has a barcode with a number, but not the serial number. I've inserted a photo of the bottom label, it just says Traktor kontrol s2. I put in a ticket like a week ago, but no response yet.

    The serial number is the number next to the barcode, although I've removed that image as posting serial numbers here isn't advised. You have the original S2 MK1 which isn't supported on current software as far as I'm aware. You'll probably have to wait for support to get back to you although it might take a while as they're a bit backed up from the holidays. Are you on Mac or Windows?
