I submitted a license transfer request 9 days ago, and have not heard anything from NI support. I'm not sure if there is an issue with the request, or if the holidays have delayed processing the requests… I'm not sure because there is no way to contact customer support. Thus, this seems to be the only way to possibly contact anyone that represents NI. I submitted a request back in October 2024 and it was approved the very next day… thus I'm not sure what the issue is with this one.
I submitted an identical license transfer request yesterday, and I understand that the automated email states not to do this… but I can't contact anyone at NI and I attempted to communicate with the chat bot about the issue, and submitted "tickets" I believe, but with no reply from NI… so I wasn't sure what to do… still not sure… I just need the transfer request approved so I can pass along the code.
Please help… anyone who can.
