Maschine software not appearing in Native Access after Transfer ID process
I successfully completed the Transfer ID process after a 2ndhand purchase. I see my Maschine Mikro Mk3 serial as well as serials for Massive, Monark, and Prism on my account. In Native Access I see the software for Controller Editor, Kontakt players, Massive, Monark etc… But no "Maschine" software I see alluded to in order to start things off.
I see other posts about this being a serial number issue on the back -end. How can I move forward with this?

Unfortunately you‘ll have to contact support. Should be in Native Access.

Yeah, did that too. I tried support first but there was no option to open a ticket, just a wall of FAQ’s ;-). I came here and then went back to the support page and tried the live Chat on a whim it eventually spat out a form to collect info after I ‘Other’d it to death. Not very intuitive.

It was a glitch on the back-end. Support added in the missing software. I see the previously missing stuff now in Native Access.
