I purchased a MK2 on amazon not knowing the whole license transfer stipulations. The seller never responded to my pleas for a transfer. Now I feel I have an expensive brick. I have contacted NI numerous times, created tickets and have gotten nothing. Tried to register my MK2 and the serial is already linked to another account. Cant get another serial and cant get software. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    It’s that time of the year, we’re out of a big sales special and of a big holiday season. This has an impact on our reply times. Rest assured our team is working hard on getting rid of the backlog. My colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible and will take care of you.

    Creating more tickets on same issue will only create confusion and delays , updating existing ticket is the way to go about it. Else even if N.I. can not help you then you should still get a response. (As I understand it then N.I. can only transfer hardware if the previous owner does not oppose this when being contacted by N.I.)

    There has been both a sale going on and people have been on Christmas vacations which has all created delays on all support so N.I. might not have had any chance to answer you yet because of the delays.

    However I can call for @Jeremy_NI and ask if he could please take a look at state of things ? (when he is here again tomorrow)
