I have an uninstalled KORE 2 and KOMPLETE 5 XP verison and the option of Win 7 or Win 10.

It should be possible to install KORE 2 and KOMPLETE 5, even on WIN 10. BUT, for KOMPLETE you will have to use offline activation, because Service Center is discontinued. NI Support will help you. There are a few threads about that:
