Why I do not see complete control

I have a control mk3 keyboard I do not see complete control but I see complete control in Native access it says open underneath.it.Thank you

on the MK3 keyboard says that I would get Ableton live for free.when I try to get it ask me for registration and license number. so what do I do?

Can you clarify what you mean? Since you can open it, it should be fine. What's not working?

You should have received an e-mail with the license key. Just download Ableton from their website and enter the license code when you have installed it.
