I am running tracktor 4 software

So I just bought this S4 from a reputable dealer but I cant even get it to power up on USB or transformer. Am I missing something ?

I downloaded the drivers & some update TRS4 for windows.

But it didnt help.

    Mains power is connected? Did you turn it on on the backside? Did you see the traktor logo?

    Yes I tried all those. I wondered if it had a lock on it

    I tried it on two PC's. It came from Thomann Germany, It may be used to a lower voltage or a Mac system.

    when I select the driver for the MK3 it says " connect your device" when it is connected.

    When I plug it in it doesnt ding to noity connection.

    There is no entry for Audio 4DJ in either of these controller lists.

    ##devmgmt.msc' in the search bar, then press the Enter key to open the Windows Device Manager.

    They say update the driver but you cant update a driver that isnt there.

    They say manually install it but its a bit dodgy copy & pasting drivers if you get the wrong one.

    Thomann is a really reputable dealer. They only sell tested goods.

    Here are the details of the power supply - normally everything is plug & play.

    Does the display light up after switching on?

    If the displays do not light up when the power supply is connected, the power supply is probably defective.
    However, you can buy identical ones very cheaply from Amazon.

    Right-click on the device entry and select Update Driver Software... from the menu that appears.

    In the window that opens, choose the option Browse my computer for driver software.

    Browse to the following directory: C: > Program Files > Native Instruments > *Device Name* Driver > Inf

    Click OK to load the driver.

    The Device driver installer wizard was unable to find any drivers designed for your machine.

    Check with the vendor to see if you have the right programme.

    If the displays don't turn on, it's not a driver issue.

    They should turn on even with no USB connection at all.
