Session percussionnist disfunctionnal

Hi,
Where do I get tech support for Session Percussionist not recognizing Pro Tools' tempo ?
This seemed to be working OK a while ago, but not it's no go.
Everything is setup as it should. Totally useless right now.
Mac 15.2, M1, Pro Tools 2024.12, Kontakt 8, Lastest version of Session Perc.
