It should be enough to plug it in and install Traktor on the new pc.

If you want to install drivers manually, you can find them here:

Hey, thanks for the comment. I installed the programm but i have some issue to activate the product. Do you know something about it?

You don't need to activate anything. Just install native access, log in with account that has traktor and start the install.

    Service Center is abandoned.

Activation is now managed by Native Access. Which…has some problems…

Open Native Access, see what it is saying there. Eventually try to insert Traktor 2’s serial.

If it is still in demo mode, check this article:

You are trying to install a (very) old version of Traktor Pro 2. I cannot see which version but it is a version that still tells you to use Service Center to activate that copy - Service Center is long long long discontinued. It won't work anymore. You can try activation with Native Access but I expect it won't work. Officially Traktor Pro on Windows 11 is not supported before version 3.5.2 of Traktor Pro. Doesn'T say that it is impossible to get Traktor Pro 2 running on Windows 11 but it is unlikely. I am afraid you need at least Traktor Pro 3 - or as you cannot buy a licence officially anymore Traktor Pro 4.

As I don't use Traktor with Windows I can't give any advice on getting old Traktor running on new Windows but maybe someone else has another idea besides upgrading Traktor.

It's Windows not Mac, so I think TP2 still works fine. Just need to install it from Native Access instead.

Hey guys, thank you for your comments. You are helping me a lot.

Probably I'll buy Traktor pro 4. I red that's compatible with the Z2.

Once installed what do I do next? Plug and play?

…and NI wins again: they make difficult to use programs users already paid for…and they gain a new sale… 😔

In any case, yes: Plug and play

Well they could have easily just installed Native Access and Traktor Pro 2 from there instead.

Yes…”easily” is the first word that comes to my mind when I think about Native Access…☺️

Like all the threads to which we answer here in the forum: “I’ve easily installed all of my products from NA”, “I bought a new program and I easily found it in NA”, “I must reinstall all of my products and NA helped me doing it easily”,…

You only see the people with problems. As long as they're logging in with the same account, Traktor Pro 2 should appear.

That is true. But people with problems are too many. And I suspect many others don’t have problems only because they use products in a very limited way. I’m happy if someone buys a car just to sit and listen to the radio inside their garage, but I still want my engine to turn on ☺️. And when I see some even have problems turning the radio on, I start to worry.

    Your “should” is the problem…
