S2 MK3 mixer section issue

i have a denon prime 4 as my main rig, but just picked up a used s2mk3 for messing around at home.

firstly, i forgot how good the sound was from the traktor devices, love the effects too, but having a few issues.

the master volume control does nothing.

the sampler volume control changes the master volume of whatever track is playing.

the cue mix knob doesnt change the cue mix, instead it changes the master volume also.

tried reinstalling the drivers, tried a different tsi and same issue...

any ideas?!

Can you share a screenshot of "output routing" tab in the settings?
