Native access and NTKDaemon are both crashing or frozen on installation

I just recently bought a PC runs Windows 11 and every time I have tried to download and run native access it makes it to installing dependencies and then stays on this. I see on the site to download NTKDaemon which makes it to installing and says status: Windows Installer and then is just stuck on the status bar going full over and over again. If anyone has any leads please let me know or link it.

Can be any number of problems , ranging from you not having sufficient user access privileges , over too tight Windows security settings to damaged Windows system files or Windows not properly updated.

Make sure that you are an Administrator on the computer and that you have full access to install.

Then check all the following :

Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

Allow an app to access controlled folders

block third-party app installations in Windows 11/10 (for how to unblock)

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
