I have Pro 3 and I asked to upgrade to Pro 4. I made a payment of $55. I downloaded Pro 4 to my computer.. and I am asked to pay again for the software... I would appreciate help on how to call to speak to a company representative... Email? Thanks

    How did you download Traktor Pro 4 to your computer? Did you use Native Access for that? Have you registered Traktor Pro 3 with the same account you bought Traktor Pro 4 Update with? And what kind of computer? Which operating system?
