Traktor S2 MK2 no longer working

Hi,

I have always been using my Traktor S2 MK2 device with no issues. Unfortunately, I can no longer use it to control my Traktor software. The USB symbol on the device is orange, if that helps.

I'm on Windows 11 and have the latest software and device has been updated to latest version as well. Any help would be appreciated.

    UPDATE - It works on my old Surface Pro 2 laptop but not my new PC. I have downloaded all of the latest software and drivers through Native Access as well as the website. Any ideas guys?

    Does it appear in Device Manager?
