Art work for Albion One library not showing in Komplete Control browser

Reinstalled Spitfire Albion One, now Art work for Albion One library not showing in Komplete Control browser, Kontakt 7 won't even find it after I did batch resave.

I've had several problems with Spitfire libraries losing their artwork. The only thing I can suggest is reaching out to them so they can diagnose what happened to it.

Batch resave won't make a bit of difference, this is just for samples it has nothing to do with image thumbnails. If the resources are missing check they are installed - they should be in:

Users/Shared/NI Resources/image/product developer/product name (Mac)

\Users\Public\Documents\NI Resources\image\product developer\product name (Windows)

but although I don't have any Spitfire products I believe from what I've read on this forum they can be a bit inconsistent in what they label their product developer name as, which is what may lead to problems with the images not working. The product developer name in the folder in 'images' should be identical to the one shown here under 'brand' if you click on an instrument and select the little i button bottom right and the product name is what is under product (using a Sonokinetic instrument as I don't have anything by Spitfire)

If there isn't an image in those locations you can either make your own and add it or look for one in the product folder (it may be in a folder called PARResources)
