What/How to download for Micro Maschine?

I'm exasperated at how insufficient the documentation for this product is for the bare-minimum aspect of performing the initial software install

The hardware comes with a link to:

Your awful website won't let me post links TO YOUR OWN WEBSITE!

I have downloaded Native Access and entered the hardware serial number into Native Access; Nothing happened;

Step #3 says:

STEP 3: INSTALL SOFTWARE

Install the MASCHINE software and library, and all other software you need. If you already have the MASCHINE software, please upgrade to the latest version.

In order to create the necessary preset database, the MASCHINE 2 software should be launched once in standalone mode prior to being used as a plug-in.

But provides no clarity in terms of what the "MASCHINE software and library" is or how to find it; and is even more vague with: "And all other software you need"

I have no idea what the second sentence even means: "The MACHINE 2 Software should be launched once in standalone mode prior to being used as a plug-in"; Come on;;;;;

Various Youtube videos say to install "Maschine 2 Essentials" and "Maschine 2 Factory Selection" but those dont exist in Native Access for me;

The only thing MASCHINE-related at all on Native Instruments is "Maschine Central"; which says: "A reinvented library packed with sounds;;;;" which doesn't seem right

I found a bunch of serial numbers under my account page on Native Instruments website and added them all into Native Instruments and they now say "Registered" in particular:

Maschine 3 Bundle for HW

But after 30 minutes and multiple restarts of Native Access nothing exists

Somewhere;;; I forget where there was a link that said "You may need to take additional confusing and awful vague steps" which pointed here:

Your awful website won't let me post links TO YOUR OWN WEBSITE!

but nothing seemed relevant

This experience is absolutely unreasonable; please produce a software download and setup experience which actually works; This has been a very un-merry Christmas because of your poor software experience………………………

    When you add the serial number to Native Access you should have had a few pieces of software added to your account including...

    Maschine 3 - the software you need

    Maschine Central - the factory library for maschine 3.

    Massive - synth plugin

    Monark - synth plugin

    Reaktor Prism - synth plug in

    If no software has been added you'll have to contact support, unfortunately. They seem to have had server problems with a lot of people reporting that no software has been added to their accounts.

    You should also get an email with a code to purchase one of the three packages of Komplete 15 Select.

    You can also add Komplete Start to your account, with more free instruments and plugins.

    Thanks; I think I figured it out

    This link I'm not allowed to post says:

    If you are on an earlier macOS version than macOS 13, Maschine 3 and Maschine Central are not displayed in Native Access.

    What an unnecessarily terrible user experience…. why not just display it, and then give an error message if it can't be installed on the current OS.
