Hello!

After 10 years, I've returned to music—better late than never, but let's get to the point:

I have a MacBook M4 Pro Sequoia 15.1 and a Traktor Kontrol S4 MK2, which I bought 12 years ago. Back then, I registered and used it with Windows.

Following the procedure, I logged into the NI website, entered the serial number the hardware, and then installed Native Access as prompted.

Through Native Access, I was supposed to download everything I needed. When I entered the hardware serial and software serial number in Native Access by clicking "+add serial," the following message popped up:

I can't see Traktor Kontrol 2 or device traktor s4 mk2 instaler or something.

Can anyone help me?

Could someone explain it in simple terms, please?

There's good news and bad news … the Traktor S2 MK3 is supported under Sequoia but the Traktor Pro 2 software isn't supported. The only supported version of Traktor is TP4 so you'll need to update to the latest version. There's a sale on at the moment and you can get the update for 25% off here -

it'll appear in Native Access after purchase. I'd suggest getting the demo first just to make sure the hardware and software work OK for you, then you can purchase the update before Jan 15th to get the discounted price.

So only thing I need to do is to buy update for Traktor Pro, and install it? Will it show in Native Access after buying?

What about hardware - I need to instal it or something?

it is ok I guess, I pushed button Play on Mk2 and it started to play in Traktor Pro !!

I think case is under control - I need to buy then if everything is ok!
