Give it a try to the following:

    • Drivers First: Download the latest DJ Audio 2 driver from the NI website, even if it mentions older Windows versions. Run the installer as administrator. Try compatibility mode (Windows 8) if needed.
    • Device Manager: Check for unknown devices. Uninstall/reinstall the DJ Audio 2 driver if it's listed with a problem.
    • Ableton: Rescan audio devices. Select the DJ Audio 2 as input/output. Check driver type (ASIO preferred).
    • USB: Different port, different cable, no hubs. Disconnect other USB devices.
    • Windows Sound: Ensure DJ Audio 2 is the default device after driver install.
    • Reinstall Ableton (if necessary): Clean install preferred.
    • NI Support: Contact them if nothing works.
