Downloaded Spitfire Library (Spitfire Symphony Orchestra) not showing in Kontakt Player 7.10.6

Downloaded the SSO via the Spitfire App and accessed the Native Access App entering the unique serial number successfully registering product. Screen disappeared before location of library established and can't re-access the NA App as password not recognised however, same password will access NI website. Can't see SSO library in Kontakt player. Grateful for any advice/guidance please?

    This does not make a lot of sense.

    The username/pass for NA is identical to the one used for your online account.

    Agreed, they are the same passwords but the NA App on my Mac does not recognise the same password. I'm not too familiar with the tech side of NA/NI but I'm assuming the only way to try and rectify the issue of seeing library in Kontakt player is to access the NA App but this I can't do.

    Problem solved, password issue with NA sorted, I’m now able to view my Spitfire library in kontakt player 7. Thank you.
