Which version of the Kontakt player does the Komplete 15 Select package come with?

If you want Kontakt 8 Player (that's not a full version of Kontakt) then get the completely free Komplete Start
On the other hand then if you want Kontakt 8 Full version and you are also interested in some of the other N.I. apps or you would like to get some libraries for Kontakt 8 then your best deal is always to buy Komplete 15 Standard (or higher tier) which is also %50 off at the moment 😉 (K15 Standard content described here)
Should be K8 Player as K7 is now retired.

No version of Select contains any version of Kontakt - not even Player:
But anyone can download Player anytime to add it into the mix.
And do remember Kontakt 8 Full is $299.00 Retail standalone price. Including that makes no sense given the entry level pricing for Select.
