izoptope account linking problem

I think there is a problem with izoptope account linking.

I forgot my password for izoptope by mistake, so when I tried to reset my password, it said "Unable to reset password because account has been unified to a Native ID."

Even when I entered the password that I remembered, it said "Account Unification - account not unified
It appears that you have attempted to use Native Instruments credentials, but your iZotope account has not yet been unified. To proceed with using Native Instruments credentials, you must first unify your account. Please log in to your iZotope account and follow the instructions provided in the account section."

It seems like there is something wrong with the procedure. First of all, I am frustrated because I cannot log in to izoptope at all.

I cannot log in to izoptope at the moment. Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Do not use browser cached passwords when logging in at iZotpe , at least not before having unified the account log-ins, and be sure to use, and manually enter, iZotope log-in email and password at iZotope and N.I. for N.I..

Else if you can not log-in and if the password reset does not work then contact iZotope Purchase & account support and if you can not log in to do that either then contact N.I. Account Support and if you can not log-in there either then Quote Jeremy_NI : If you followed these steps but you have issues logging in to your account, then you should have found a dedicated type form, that I will post here, just in case of you missed it: : Account Login & Password Support! , This has been tested and checked on various browsers and works for all our customers that get in touch every day.
