Activating Maschine 2 (2.7.2)

Hey, I just got around to setting up a Maschine MK2 controller I bought 2nd hand 18 months ago. I got a legacy download of maschine 2 (2.7.2). did the license transfer, added the serial numbers to Native Access. There was a second serial number for KOMPLETE 12 SELECT for HW. I have added both to Native access with success. Maschine 2 was working for a while and then it timed out and asked to buy or activate. At that time I tried to activate. Maschine closed down and Native Access opened however on re-opening Maschine 2 I got the same message. Please Help!

This is something that support will need to look at as it sounds like Maschine is in demo mode.
