Problems installing Traktor on a new computer

Hello,

I'm trying to install Traktor on a new computer.

I first bought Traktor4 for Traktor 3, which i had installed on my old computer, and it is what the site suggested me.

But the serial number did'nt work…

Si i bought it for Traktor 2 because i found that it is the license i had for buying a Kontrol Z2 before my S3 ( and i remember having upgraded from 2 to 3 ) … but did'nt work too.

Now i tried the license for the Traktor 2, but it says it's already registered …

So … i think i lost my money and should have bought Traktor 4 from the start ( not the upgrades ).

Is there something i'm doing wrong, and is there a way to get finally Traktor 4 ???

You don't need to register or buy anything? You just install Native Access, log on and your owned software should be listed and you just install it from there.

It is what i did. But nothing appears in Native Access … it only let me install the free stuff.

Ok: problem solved !

I was connected on Native Access via Google account; i disconnected and then connected with my mail registered on NI and bang, all my programs are there … ;)
