problem download traktor scratch pro 2

in Native Access

Hello everyone, good afternoon.
I have an emergency problem downloading Traktor Scratch Pro 2.

I had already installed it, but my computer burned the motherboard, and my Macbook broke the charger, and I can't download it again through LEGACY

I downloaded: Traktor 2.11.2 Win Update, and when installing I had this error

After that I tried to download this version: Traktor 2.0.1 Win Update and I had the same error
It seems like they are just updates, and I can't download the main program to get to the TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO 2 download that I purchased.

Could anyone help? I need to play it tomorrow December 28th at 1pm, and I've been trying to download it for 2 days and I can't.

    There is a support page with full legacy installers for older operating systems:

    But if your serial isn't even listed in your account I expect there is another issue. Do you may have an older Native Instruments account where your old serial is registered? Or did you buy used just recently?

    In any case: Traktor Scratch Pro 2 and Audio 8 DJ won't work on modern macOS versions and Apple Silicon Macs. Traktor Scratch Pro 2 was last officially supported on macOS 10.13 High Sierra. Audio 8 DJ was last supported with macOS 10.11 El Capitan. If you use newer versions of macOS Traktor (Scratch) Pro 2 won't work and therefore aren't offered for installation in Native Access.

    i bought traktor sctratch pro 2 + audio 8 originals

    but in the native instruments i cant even find my serials

    I will try it out

    my serial its inside my CD of timecode, and i GUESS at my TRAKTOR at MACBOOK and at my old WINDOWNS

    is there any way to get my serial, to put again in the new windows TRAKTOR?

    You have to use Native Access for activation of Traktor Pro. You need your licence registered in your NI account for that. Therefore you have to enter the serial in Native Access. This will only work with previously unregistered serial numbers. In case of a second hand buy you will need a licence transfer ID from the previous owner or have to contact NI support. In the latter case it wouldn‘t work out till tomorrow.
