Accidentally registered Maschine Mk3 to different e-mail

Hello,

Issue is in discussion title. Long story short, I bought a Maschine MK3 second-hand and did the license transfer to a new e-mail account.

My Komplete 15 Ultimate is registered to my old account. How can Maschine MK3 to work with Komplete 15 in this scenario?

Oh no! If you accidentally registered your Maschine Mk3 to the wrong email, try contacting Native Instruments' support team. They can help transfer the registration to the correct account. Just make sure you have your proof of purchase handy

If your Komplete 15 is older than 60 days you can try to transfer your licence into the new account with a licence transfer ID. If it is not transferable you‘ll habe to contact NI support to transfer one licence into the other account.

Unfortunately I just bought Komplete 15 ultimate today on my old account. The maschine mk3 was license transferred and registered to my new email on October 31st. I guess I'll have to wait for support to respond
