Maschine software isn’t available in native access

in Native Access

I can’t get Maschine software in native access, I sent a support ticket 2 days ago but still no answer. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    You have to wait until support can fix the problem unfortunately. I'm not sure when they're back after the holidays but hopefully won't take them too long!
