Is Maschine 3.0 part of upgrading to K15 Collectors Edition?

SO I have K14CE, I was thinking about upgrading because I held out so far on Maschine 3.0…and with all the deals right now it might be a no brainer to update, but when I check "what's new for me", I don't see Maschine 3.0 no where in sight. Does anyone know if it will it come with the upgrade?

No. Maschine has never been part of the Komplete bundles.

And in any case it has been released after K15, so it would not be included anyway
