Traktor Pro 4 lost all my playlists/tracks

Looking for a solution to this, it seems a lot of people have had the same problem. I just had it last night. Traktor Pro 4 went instantly from my favorite to my least favorite software. I started up and opened one of my favorite and most used playlists and it couldn't play file. Tried song after song and tried all my playlists. Everything was gone. I ended up deleting everything and reloading the files and got nothing. I finally uninstalled Traktor and reinstalled. Now, I have the songs but none of my hotcues, loops, amd worst of all, all my stems are gone. That's about 2TB of music I have to go through. Hundreds of hours. Is there a fix for this? Please, someone tell me there is a fix for this.

You should have backups of the collection.nml file that you can restore. Check this article for more details - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/209590729-How-to-Restore-the-TRAKTOR-Track-Collection-from-a-Backup

What errors were you getting from Traktor when you were trying to play the files? Is your media on an external drive? If so could the drive have disconnected or the drive letter changed?

I will look for those. I DO have everything backed up but it still wasn't finding the tracks. In this case, I was playing off the internal drive and had the error message. II could see the track names, stems were showing as missing although the stem drive was plugged in amd when I loaded the track it said, can not play file.
