Native Access showing plugins I don't own

Hi!

After cancelling 360 subcription, Native Access has kept on showing those plugins I do not own as available. This is confusing, especially when trying to download bundles and find plugins I actually do own.

Anyway to resolve this issue? Thanks!

    Would need to see a screencap of this.

    Also note - I believe that once you trial/sub or buy ANY plugin and brand it to your NI Acct - it will appear in Native Access - forever. Regardless if your sub is over etc.

    If you really want it gone - NI Sales Support might be able to help - but I do not know if they actually purge products from an account. You would need to ask them directly.
