Mine got deleted, I'm not near my normal set up so I can't export my settings from my home set up to my laptop. I don't have the time to map everything and I tried out the free ones online from https://traktormaps.com/ and https://maps.djtechtools.com/…. I'm scrambling here any help is appreciated and will be repaid in love and e-hugs. Stay blessed friends!

It will autoload when you connect the S2Mk3 or start Traktor while the device is connected as long as you remove any modified S2Mk3 mapping from the controller manager beforehand.

Alternatively you can manually load it here:

I tried both of those and it loads blank…. Everything blank… I reran the set up wizard, reinstalled traktor 4, and then tried traktor 3, neither worked with fresh installs. Any ideas?

Blank is right. All the mapping for the S2Mk3 is hidden away in the qml files. The 'empty' assignment list is for you to fill with 'overmapping' assignments, if you want to override controls of the device to add functions you are missing in the native mapping.

This was working earlier today, and nothing was blank in the menu. What do you recommend?

Try using your S2Mk3 with the 'empty' list and return with your results.

I did. Nothing on the controller is linked to anything in Traktor. When traktor loads up, sometimes it loads in where the dials are set on the hardware, but I can't actually move anything once it's loaded.

I used Serato instead. This has been a disappointing experience. Probably going to return this and go with the Pioneer soon but that's not your problem, that's mine. Thanks for trying!

If you do understand Spanish: this guy solved the situation finding the original tsi files in the old versions folders and copying them in the new one.

Only problems: this was 11 years ago on Traktor 2 and a Mac…

    But…worth a look

    Alright…. I have an update.

Lost, thank you for popping in and helping out.

I have no idea what fixed this but it's working now. Everything's lighting up again and finally working between HW and SW perfectly. I moved the files, didn't fix it, so I disconnected / reconnected the HW, still no dice, restarted my laptop again, and now it's working for some reason?

I think maybe the connection was messed up, not the cord but the hardware itself.

Regardless, you guys are the best. The community is the reason I made the jump to NI HW in the first place.

As promised, Sending all my Love and Hugs.

To anyone in the future who sees this and needs help, open Device Manager and find your controller. If there's a connection issue that Native Instruments Firmware updater isn't catching, you'll see it there. Native Firmware updater was telling me my device was connected when I don't think it really was…. Traktor was picking it up too, but not actually working. Best of luck!
