Maschine mikro mk3 cannot see the software

in Maschine

Just receievd my new Maschine mikro mk3 and when I registered the serial in native access I cannot find the new software it came with i.e

MASCHINE Essentials

Which I assume would install the Maschine software. I will tend to use it as a vst via ableton but I inderstand i need to start the standalone software first. but can't as I cannot find it in my download section or available product via native access.

    Thats after uninstalling and re installing all

    While the hardware show's as activated on the site
