My Traktor S3 doesn't turn on the lights. When i launch Traktor, the S3 is turning on the lights and after 1 or 2 seconds it turns off.
But most part of the time, nothing happens. Lights off.

This could be a power supply issue or driver/software related, have you recently updated anything and have you verified the USB cable and port are functioning correctly? Does the behaviour vary with dc power plugged in vs not?
DC power is plug
I've check the usb cable, of course. Try to connect direct without being thru the usb-hub. (but before that was alright with…)
I've tried Traktor 3 and 4.

Measure the output voltage with a multimeter, 12V must be present.
