Maschine3 Audio problems

By the way: not possible to open cases? The chat is catastrophic. Now i have problems with maschine3 to run a rolling bassline with serum and compressor sidechain.. Maschine hangs a lot for msecs while playing this simple loop. I changed to maschine 2 and have no problems.
